Francis Wallace - Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation Team
Francis has been practising since 1982 and joined Rix & Kay in 1985. His specialist area is commercial disputes, including contract and financial claims, construction, property/landlord & tenant and insolvency. He also has experience in the resolution of cross-border disputes and enforcement of court judgements between different countries.
Fluent in German and French, Francis is Secretary of Eurojuris International Litigation Group. He is actively involved in the local community through his involvement with Uckfield & District Chamber of Commerce and Uckfield & District Town Twinning Association.
His interests include restoring and operating vintage trains on main line rail excursions and services and nature conservation. He also holds a 3rd kyu brown belt in Shotokan karate and is learning to play golf.
