James Lench - Partner and Head of Commercial Property
Following his law degree at University of Wales, Swansea and Legal Practice Course in London, James began his career in the commercial property department of a London law firm. He has been with Rix & Kay since 1999, becoming partner in 2002. James now leads the Commercial Property Department where he specialises in the sale and purchase of development land. Together with Francis Wallace, James takes an active role in our European network, Eurojuris International. James jointly chairs the Real Estate Group and helps deal with property issues throughout Europe - mainly in Spain and France
