Nick joined Rix & Kay in 2002 and is Head of the Residential Property Services Department and leads the Country and Prestige Property Team. Nick qualified in 1983 and reached partner status in 1986. With over 25 years of practice to draw on, he specialises in complex, high value town, city and country property transactions, and has a sound working knowledge and professional background in both private client and commercial property services. His approach is always tailored, modern, solutions-focused and practical, striving to provide top-level quality service by applying his expertise and experience in the most effective and efficient way. Nick lives with his wife and dogs and the countryside near Rushlake Green. He plays a number of sports and enjoys gardening, reading, music and travel
