Philip Ryder - Partner: Country and Prestige Property
Philip has recently joined Rix & Kay Solicitors, moving from Speechly Bircham LLP in the City, where he was a partner within the highly regarded Private Client Group. Philip specialises in property transactions for private clients, handling the sale, purchase and leasing of high value residential properties. In addition to having extensive experience of dealing with complex and high value, often tax driven city transactions, for both UK and foreign individuals, families and trusts, Philip also deals with country houses and estates including agricultural and equine work. Philip also handles residential and mixed use developments and acts for equity investors in UK property acquisitions and developments. He also has a good knowledge and experience in leasehold enfranchisement work.
Philip lives in Kent with his wife and 3 young boys. He enjoys most sports and travelling and adventuring with his young family.
