Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP actively encourage staff development. We recognise how important it is to develop our staff at all levels for our continual growth and innovation. Our commitment to employee development is reflected in our Investors in People accreditation. In partnership with an award winning management development consultant  we have designed a suite of management development programmes; starting with the Management Development Programme for Solicitors/Team Leaders, for Partners there is the Partners Development Programme, (there is even a Fast Track Programme for New Partners), as well as a Managing Partners Board Development Programme. We also encourage staff to put themselves forward for ‘sponsorship’ to achieve legal qualifications. In addition, we support the Apprenticeship scheme and have excellent contacts with the local colleges and universities.
